Very helpful and informative service. Quick response to queries and very knowledgeable. Did the Visa run about 2 weeks ago and was really grateful for this service as it can be quite daunting. They also assisted me at Immigration when it seemed I was having issues so it all worked out well. The trip is made comfortable with a clean van and AC, as well as a pit-stop. They are currently assisting with my son's Visa Run and responding to my queries quickly and efficiently. Great job! Thank you!

I travelled to Oman for a "visa run" with my 2 children 6yrs and 9 yrs. The van/car was clean, good AC, friendly and helpful driver. He stopped for a few minutes after an hour for a toilet stop and a drink, then onwards to Oman. The driver directed us in the right direction and stayed with us at the Dubai side of immigration and collected us upon our walk over the road and back from Oman. Overall, a good professional and safe company, well done!

The trip went well and couldn’t have asked for better service and conversation along the way.  The entire process was quick and painless, but glad to have someone who knew the way and process.

NEW VISA RULES: January 2018 / Sat 01 2018

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

Previously there was a rule that for the nationalities receiving 30 day visas, it was a mulitple entry visa and it was only possible to renew during the grace period between 31-39 days.
This rule is being phased out and replaced with immediate effect.

The following nationalities now receive 30 day single-entry visa and should exit before the expiry of 30 days.

Every time you enter UAE or re-enter UAE you will get a new visa.

  • Great Britain
  • Ireland
  • USA
  • New Zealand
  • Australia
  • Canada
  • Malaysia
  • Singapore
  • Hong Kong
  • Japan

There is currently a grace period of 9 days, which may be phased out in the near future. To avoid any unknown or unforeseen overstay fines we recommend all our customers from the countries above to travel before the visa expires.

As for all countries, the date of the entry stamp in your passport is counted as day number 1.

If you entered through the airport E-gate and didnt receive a stamp in your passport, the day that you entered is counted as day number 1.

If you have a cancelled residence visa and need to exit to change status you will need to exit before the expiry date of your Cancellation paper. This is usually a 28-30 day period from when the visa is cancelled to when you need to exit the country.

If you have an Entry permit for a new Residence visa, you can travel with us at any time to change status from tourist to resident, but its recommended to do it as soon as possible otherwise your entry permit may expire and you will have to re-do the whole visa application process.

Schengen nationalities (all the EU countries excluding Great Britain and Ireland) still receive 90 day multiple-entry visas. These are issued every 180 days. Days spent outside the UAE during the 180 day period do not count towards the total of 90 days permitted.
